A leading international hotel group are seeking an experienced HR Director to join their flagship property in Jeddah.

Overseeing a head count of over 400 staff you will provide leadership and direction on the HR policies and principles. Managing training and staff development with the help of a training manger . Staff recruitment and retention. Over-viewing payroll and all associated payments.

المهارات
Ideally you will have a consistent career in HR and have had at least 5 years previous experience in a hotel or hospitality organisation.

You will be degree educated and possibly have some HR qualifications.

This is an excellent leadership role and the opportunity to work an International team at a leading property.
