Responsible for leading, influencing, inspiring and coaching Managers and their teams on store operations for the purpose of maximizing sales and profits, and maintaining consistently smooth operations of all stores. The OM plans and executes financial goals and brand strategies. Organizes and activates special projects. Develops talents and grows the organization.
A. Internal-HR, SupplyChain, Accounting, Marketing, training, Innovation(R&D;), store design team/engineering, IT, Department Heads, Execom Members, Cluster Area Managers, Store Team
B. External-Customers, contractors, suppliers, mall administrators for store-related concerns, Franchise Partners, Government Entities
