This opportunity is for a large Medical Facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospital facilities’ operations, managing staff, systems and leading, coaching, monitoring the onsite staff, while remaining in compliance with corporate regulations.
You will be responsible for developing a facility management program along with implementing regular facilities inspections, managing all maintenance and service deliverables across project areas, training and following up on performance management of staff, performing analysis and forecasting and, negotiating contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving, and arranging and monitoring contract and vendor relationships.
You will manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards and control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc., allocate office space according to needs, handle insurance plans and service contracts.
المهارات
To be successful you would ideally possess at least 7 plus years of strong experience at managerial capacity within Healthcare Sector.
You will have hands-on experience in general hospital cleaning, housekeeping, hospital waste management, linen and laundry, infection control and pest control and associated services and staff accommodation management.
A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities management or related field is preferred
