الوصف الوظيفي - Preparing / reviewing a detailed cost plan for the project against developed design at each stage of the project. - Undertaking cost studies as required to enable the Project Team to consider all Options in order to proceed with the optimum solution. - Reviewing/Preparing cash flow projections. - Administer the closeout of contracts. - Participating in risk analysis and value engineering reviews for cost estimates, cost forecasts and schedules using applicable software packages. المهارات Experience: Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably at large Hospitality projects . Skills & Abilities: - Team Management skills. - Technical knowledge in construction projects and schedule management. - Analytical skills for estimate analysis, bid evaluations, budget monitoring, cash flow analysis, risk analysis and benchmarking project costs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is a privilege. - Familiar with various Contract Delivery methods. - Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. - Familiar with BIM and Cost Management software تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/cost-manager-3858866/ |
