We are currently seeking an experienced, professional Commercial Manager who will be responsible for preparing a strategy for product planning and implementation, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a constant awareness of trends and market conditions, in order to identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives.
• Focus on strategies to accelerate growth.
• Working knowledge of how to conduct market research and analysis including the creation of detailed business plans.
• Extensive understanding of business growth models and ability to foresee commercial opportunities.
• Develop plans for expansion and business development.
• Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met.
• Willingness to take strategic risks, acting to acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (sales, customer service etc.)
• Excellent relational skills, working tirelessly to build and maintain beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of metrics to monitor the performance of commercial activities, reporting results to senior management.
• Strategic development and critical thinking skills needed to assist in setting financial targets, pricing structures for products, developing budgets, and monitoring compliance.
• Responsible for overseeing and assessing staff, suppliers, and contractors.
• Responsible for resolving contractual and commercial issues. This involves contract negotiation, project planning, and risk management
• Willingness to travel domestic and international destinations.

Experience
• Successful work experience as Commercial Manager or another relevant role.
• Proven of minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in business development, sales and/or marketing.
Competencies
• Ability to manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage social media account
• Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
• Excellent instincts and commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication (Arabic – English) and interpersonal skills.
• Superb negotiation capabilities
• Strong sales and presentation skills
• Self-motivated & multitask capabilities
• Team oriented and results focused.
Qualifications
• BS/BA in business administration, Marketing, finance or similar field.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
• MS/MA is a plus.
