To perform sampling and analysis as per Inspection plan & work instruction as described in Quality & Food Safety Management system to verify & conform the quality of material & product under inspection.
المهارات
1. Performs organoleptic , physical, chemical, tests in accordance with inspection plan and record the result.2. Report quality inconsistency –Non Conformance as per approved procedure and do the follow up investigation to suggest corrective & preventive action.3. Jointly with Quality Inspector ensure proper inspection status for raw material, packaging material, in process and finished goods. 4. Schedules and oversees the maintenance, adjustment, or calibration of laboratory instruments, apparatus, or testing devices5. Prepares chemical reagents and media according to formulae; assumes responsibility for accuracy in the preparation and standardization of solutions.6. Logging and allotting QC reference number to Materials received for testing7. Assures the work quantity and quality by requiring strict adherence to methods and procedures.8. Maintain work area clean and follow Good Laboratory Practices.9. Ensuring safe disposal of remnant material/product after testing.10. Monitor, record and report stock and consumption of consumables so as to avoid stock out situation 11. Preparation of statistical reports as required by quality & food safety management system 12. Record keeping.
