- The Supply Planner is responsible for identify & covering the items’ needs of all the branches based on the monthly sales plan, promo plan, and the safety stock required of each item.

- Review statistical demand forecast with suppliers constraints & conditions and give the required feedback & suggestion to the Demand & Supply Manager.- Develop a monthly supplier forecast for Loacker & semiannually for the other suppliers based on the planned PRs.- Continually monitoring the validity & accuracy of stocks records on SAP system with Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and IT.- Issue Purchase Requisition to cover the stock target (Sales Plan, Safety Stock and Promo Plan) for all the items at their “Reorder Point”.- Optimizing the PRs quantities considering the supplier constraint to achieve the optimum stock coverage.- Follow-up to the open POs with Purchasing, and then compare it with the actual receipt in warehouses with Logistics to insure receiving the right quantities, at the right date, with the right expiry. - Identifying and analyzing the causes of deviations of POs and measure their impact on the availability of items.- Continually monitoring the actual sale Vs plan to meet unexpected needed orders.- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to supply planning process.
