1. Review, benchmark and recommend improvements on current HR systems according to business needs and market trends.
2. Ensure smooth implementation of Performance Management System by meeting systems milestones, quality of KPIs and fair evaluation are in place.
3. Identify top talents and design a long term program to retain them and to facilitate their growth in the company.
4. Identify training needs and design training master plan to improve employees’ competencies and capabilities.
5. Recommend training providers and negotiate to secure better prices possible.
6. Ensure adherence to training master plan and handle all logistics and coordination on that regards.
7. Develop career path for all functions through close support and contributions from department heads.
8. Ensure all job descriptions are updated and reflects the job requirements clearly.
9. Conduct job evaluation to all new jobs and/or existing jobs.
