Our Clients is a leading multinational company in Supply chain & Logistics, seeking to recruit a ‘‘Country Sales Director’’ to be based in Ksa. The position will be reporting to the Managing Director.

*B.S in Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field is required, Master’s Degree is a plus*Minimum 5-9 years of relevant experience in various P/L and Sales/BD roles*Candidate will handle 3 Divisions including Freight Forwarding & Express*Used to Manage and lead teams through expertise across several different disciplines within sales and/or marketing functions *Will have to Maintain effective relationships with customers *Will have to manage a team of 40 people with 3 directs reports *Develop, commercialize and deliver high quality / innovative services and solutions*Inspire customers and gain their commitment *Gain organizational alignment and support for customer needs*Mentor and coach the sales team to achieve effective sales account & pipeline management*Mentor and coach the Sales Support Team to render effective support to the Sales Team*Implement prudential cost control by optimum utilization of time & people resources in sales leads & projects *Manage, control and develop the overall Sales strategy/activities in the country in accordance with the group business strategy and the global/regional Sales strategy to increase market share and optimize business assets and human resources*Implement global incentive program in country, where relevant*Ensure achievement of country Sales Index*Steer/improve Sales performance through process and performance measurement*Act as a coach for the Sales organization Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for the company and division*Evaluate performance and propose performance-based compensation for direct reports *Approve all major country level sales & marketing projects*Analyze complex issues and improves, change or adapt existing sales and marketing methods and techniques *Convey a clear sense of personal goals and values*Actively seek feedback to improve performance *Manage and steer the overall country Sales*Provide advice or input to contribute to the decision making of others which has a major or moderate impact on the company *Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key Corporate Customers*Provide Marketing & Sales advice/information to *management team to facilitate business performance review and evaluation *Maintain good relationship with overseas working partners to explore more push and pull business *Support Country Head to devise and fine tune strategic directives *Liaise and assist in developing ongoing cooperation and cross-customer base opportunities *Develop Sales motivation initiatives to keep high Sales performance towards the annual business target*Define, monitor and enforce targets to the operational units *Responsible for achieving Sales business targets and Sales Index*Develop new skills and modify behaviors based on feedbackTake personal responsibility for careers and development *Establish clear, challenging and achievable objectives *Align resources and the organization to achieve objectives *Regularly review and communicate progress against objectives and adjust as needed*Champion continuous improvement and innovation*Inspire results and respect through empowerment, accountability recognition and rewards *Excellent communication skills and, fluent in *English (written and spoken)Saudi National is preferred*Transferable Iqama is a must for non-locals*Flexibility for the location: Jeddah or Riyadh*Age: preferably 40+
