1. Prepare all beverages according to Barncafe formulas beverage standards and in it’s an appropriate timing.
2. Provide Barncafe quality beverage and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and formulas standard.
3. Act with integrity, honest and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Barncafe .Deliver excellent customer service to all guests.
4. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to set a positive example for the shift team.
5. Keep branch operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
6. Follow operational procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team member during the shift, utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
7. Manage cash drawer and adhere to all cash handling policies.
8. Assist with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
9. Provide feedback to the direct branch supervisor on team member performance during shift.
10. Keep immediately supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter.

3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of customers service , bar, coffee service , simple maintenance and recognize coffee house .
