الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:Supervision of AR team and insure they are performing the best practice of their activities in addition of supporting the with accounting & finance tasks.
Main activities:Provide general leadership, guidance, and support to relative team members in order to collaborate, give feedback, develop plans, and reach company, team and individual goals
Monitoring and Controlling daily cash collection and make sure amount at safe submit to bank by Money Pick-up co. “ include performing Cash counts”.
Solve the pending amounts in Bank reconciliation.
Monitor & control all the Credit Notes related to AR “ include all discounts types
Monitoring all transactions posted by AR team in SAP.
Follow up customer balance confirmations and do the needful to solve all mismatch between OneFoods books and customer books
Support Internal & External audit with their requirements

المهارات
Bachelor degree (Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Fluent in English.
Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
Pay attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Accounting principles& Basics .
Able to perform under pressure.
Problem Solving.
Good experience of reconcile customers accounts.
