Solution Delivery Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE:
• The Solution Delivery will be responsible for managing the relationships between IT and Shift Inc. Business Units in order to manage project demand placed upon IT in addition to being a definitive source of knowledge, technique, or expertise in a specific business-related subject area
OPERATIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for performing senior professional level business systems analysis and project management activities, which include planning, designing, implementing and maintaining systems.
• Plan and execute activities that ensure dependable operation and maintenance of key systems.
• Provide IT solutions and business support systems including system development, evaluation of standard software, technologies and vendors’ off-shelf packages
• Ensure a consistent framework and approach for the implementation and rollout of ERP and other systems.
• Conduct periodic assessment and service need analysis of current and new applications, system performance and capacity planning, etc. and suggest enhancements.
• Create all system related training manuals and system functionality documentations.
• Ensure timely and effective end-user training and support for the effective use of applications.
• Provide system administration support for users and own validation & resolving for all reported system issues
• Manage the relationship with third party suppliers for bug fixes, tests, new versions or upgrades to services provided.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as mutually agreed and committed with management.
