Planning and Forecasting: 1. Prepare the yearly operation budget; ensure the compliance with the company strategies and policies. 2. Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly plans for the operation department in line with the setting budget and strategic goals. 3. Analyze trends and forecasts Branch budgets.
Operation : 4. Support the implementation of the company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote Barncafe key mission and achieve a competitive advantage. 5. Supervise the handling and ordering of all printing materials / menu designs /operation equipment. 6. Direct and continuously improve Branch operations within the region to meet company objectives for operational excellence.7. Daily coordination with other departments managers to ensure smooth operation activities . 8. Identify the key areas, issues and concerns and act on them immediately. 9. Plan and supervise the execution of strategies to increase sales while controlling operational costs within the assigned region . 10. Plan and supervise the implementation of the regional and zone initiatives to support Barncafe business objectives. 11. Plan and manage business unit/department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives . 12. Prepare, communicate and educate client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization . 13. Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements. 14. Participate in succession planning activities to support regional and zone growth.
Project Management : 15. Prepare the implementation plans for new projects from operational perspective. 16. Minimize the company exposure and risk on projects. 17. Monitor project budget and reports expenses on monthly basis.Communication : 18. Hold regular status meetings with departmental managers. 19. Facilitate team meetings effectively. 20. Keep top management well informed of any changes in the operations situations.
Customer satisfaction : 21. Analysis for customer satisfaction and customer complaints, and ensure closing all customer complaints on time. Team building and Teamwork : 22. Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.23. Interviewing & recruitment the best professional employees (for Both FOH & BOH ) . 24. Participation in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching new commerce. 25. Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business and customer results. 26. Prepare innovative incentive schemes for operation team in accordance with HR. 27. Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance the service experience for Barncafe customers and increase profitability, including identifying, planning, and executing opportunities for growth and expansion within region . 28. Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results. 29. Utilize various performance and talent development methods to meet the needs of the individual partners, and the objectives of the business unit/department(s) . Analysis and Reporting : 30. Doing the market survey. Benchmark, menu Analysis .( marketing?) 31. Analyzing the compotator’s products .( marketing?) 32. Ensure all operational reports are submitted to respective departments with accuracy. 33. Doing the monthly auditing report on both FOH&BOH;and reviewing results with the executive manager and Ex.Chef . Monitoring : 34. Monitoring daily and monthly operational cost with accounting department and executive manager and taking the necessary actions to correct any financial situations. 35. Monitoring for the performance of employees and sales targets for all branches.
Improvements : 36. Develop realistic action plans aimed to introduce and/or improve services, procedures and working methods in accordance to the short-, medium– and long-term goals .37. Identify, plan and execute areas for improvement to ensure consistent legendary service to customers.

Job Specification :
Required Educational Level :
Master or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
Required Experience :
1. Fifteen years of experience for the Bachelor Degree or Twelve Years for Master Degree, Preferable experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant or service organizations.
2. Preferable to have PMP certificate.
