Essential duties:
1- Developing financial models through Excel (for property valuation and real estate feasibly studies purposes).
2- Explaining the models made in writing to add them in their respective projects’ report.
3- Participating in conducting market studies.
Special requirements: non-Saudi (Indian in preferable).
