The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring monthly sales targets are met as set by management
• Conducting visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers in order to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship
• Prepare customers’ quotations and agreements and negotiate prices and contracts’ terms
• Solve customers’ conflicts and ensuring customers’ satisfaction
• Attend to customers’ calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met
• Maintain a detailed, up to date database for all company’s customers and prospects
• Monitor customers’ performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to measure Company’s service level
• Prepare weekly management reports
• Gather market information and prepare reports about competition
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager

• Middle user level of MS Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skill;
