Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Management Representative
Coordinate and liaison with the certification bodies for certification and surveillance audits of ISO 22000, PME and SASO Quality Mark
• Quality System
Help in maintaining and upgrading the company’s quality system e.g. procedures, work
instructions, and documents in order to be aligned with company policy and all other quality
systems as well as legal requirements.
• Document Issue
Approve and issue all documents electronically to assure easy accessibility
• Customer Complaint
Handle and investigate the root cause of customer complaints effectively in order to minimize the number of complaints.
• Audits
Prepare and arrange for ISO 22000, PME and SASO Quality Mark external and internal audits in order to meet the system requirements.
• Corrective and preventive actions:
Follow up the corrective actions/preventive actions implementation with the help of concerned department heads for correct system implementation.
• Non-conformities
Follow up the non-conformities closing with the concerned manager to quality system standards.
• Hygiene and GMP
Prepare hygiene plans and follow up the implementation to meet the food safety requirements. Raise the GMP and hygiene issues to production and all concerned department and follow up the implementation of corrective actions.

Responsible for implementing quality standards
Proficiency in English & Arabic
Computer knowledge
Knowledge of ISO 22000, GMP and QMS
5 years experience in a similar field.
