Lead and manage the business events for RAYMES and the social events for our employees and their families that make up our community. Roles and responsibilities include:
•RAYMES business meetings & eventsPlanning and execution of quarterly business reviews – Town Hall Meetings and All Hands meetings
•Planning and execution of business operations reviews with Raytheon senior leadership (e.g. IDS President, Corporate VPs, Business VPs)
Planning of community morale activities & events
•Short and long term planning of community morale events
•Manages community services room booking calendar
•Oversees all Community Support Services CSS and Community Support Services Group CSSG employees, volunteers and activities
•Develops, publishes and implements Community Services CS calendar and eventsResponsible to the RAYMES GM for continued improvement to events and resources to help maintain the highest standards for quality of life for all Raytheon employees and family members
Managing CSSG Budget
•Manages and maintains annual CSSG budget
•Manages financial resources within community services
•Processes invoices from vendors for CSSG services rendered
•Responsible for briefing the RAYMES GM monthly on CSSG performance to budget
Coordinates Compound Services
•Beauty salon, barber services, veterinary care, sport events/schedules, and maintenance of CS facilities (bowling alley, golf green, basketball court, tennis court, etc.)
•Approves use of recreational facilities and rooms for special events for community and non-community users
•Participates in housing committee meetings and provides input for housing issues, as well as the coordination of temporary housing for TDY assignments and visitors.
•Communicates RAYMES community events and related support activities via several means including newsletters, television, email, bulletin boards and RShareProvide new employees with an orientation session and a package of relevant informationSupervises and manages a staff of CSSG part time employees
•Oversees all Community Support Services (CSS) and CSS Group employees, supporting functions, contractors and volunteers including but not limited to, Women’s Center, Youth Center, Mailroom and Recreation Center.Manages performance development and training of all CSSG employees

Required Skills:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience planning coordinating, organizing social service programExperience preparing and managing a budget
4 years’ experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring or signing up volunteers and staffAbility to analyze community needs that will improve morale and make recommendations to managementFamiliarity with Saudi customs and courtesies
Ability to think creatively to support community needs while being cognizant of budgetary constraints
At least 3 years’ experience managing employees
Job Specific Technical Skills:
Comfortable speaking with senior Raytheon leadership and business owners in a professional and affirmative, effective manner

Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or related field or multiple years of relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. (Two years related work experience can substitute for one year of education)”
