CRM Marketing Administrator (Saudi Nationals only)

CRM:-

1. Manage the Contact Data
Cleansing through the Contact interface
2. Create/Update Salesman profile
3. Generate Monthly Sales & LSR reports
4. Maintain and update the CRM products database with new products and latest
list prices
5. CRM End user Issues
6. Maintain CRM Databases
7. Maintain Competitor database
8. Coordinate with CRM Champions in the regions for Gate keeper roles and
responsibilities ensuring prompt execution of tasks.
DPC Administrator:

1. Managing Subscriptions
2. Resolving users issues in DPC
3. Generating reports.
4. Settle the subscription payments
CWS Administrator:

1. Create & Manage CWS
account for Zahid Employees
2. Create & Manage CWS account for our Customers
Manage MEED Projects Database and Announce new projects

Monthly Club Data Report:-

1. Submit Monthly Zahid
retail sales to MECER team
2. Club Data Report by category, family, competitor
3. Monthly deliveries & PINS by brand
4. Month to date comparison
5. Month over month comparison
6. Club Data by brand by region
7. GCI PINS “Global Construction & Infrastructure”
8. BCP PINS “Building Construction Products”
Monthly Imports (CM & LT) Report:-

1. CM & LT Imports by
category & family
2. CM Summary Report
3. CM Excavator Competitor Imports
4. Focused analysis on Volvo, Case & Komatsu by category & family
5. Trend of Top 10 importers comparison
6. CM & LT Imports Graphs by category
Quarterly Industry Analysis (Business Review):-

1. Brand Chart by category
& family
2. LSR efficiency and premium gab analysis by brand
3. Industry, PINS, LSR and financial program table by family
4. PINS, participation & industry graphs by product family
Monthly LSR Report for CAT (APEx)-

1. Submit the monthly LSR
reports to Caterpillar though the APEx tool.
2. After each Quarter, another fresh upload is submitted to Caterpillar through
APEx tool to replace the old submission

Marketing & Sales Excellence Program:

1. Run the Monthly metrics
reports across all departments
2. Liaise with the regions to implement the new processes and strategies
KPI Reports

1. Generate the monthly
Product support KPI Report
2. Generate the monthly Salesman KPI Report
المهارات

Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic English is required

Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point)

Experience in a similar field is a benefit
