الوصف الوظيفي Assist in the management and development of investment portfolios inside and outside the Kingdom. Assist in studying market variables or changes in life and economic changes and financial performance, which refers to the revaluation of investment portfolios. Participate in negotiations with banks with regard to investments of existing deposits in order to benefit from them and to - Analyze financial and real estate investment opportunities. Facilitate the work of external auditors and internal auditors. Assisting the head of the investment department in preparing the annual budget for the investment department. Prepare investment’s contracts. The constant pursuit of suitable investment opportunities, study and analysis in a detailed and precise manner. Prepare periodic progress reports. Carry out any other tasks assigned to him by the head of the investment department. Preparation of feasibility studies. Investment Analysis. المهارات Writing in Arabic & English (writing reports). Good English and Arabic skills. Activity, initiative and enthusiasm. Ability to work under pressure. Financial and investment analysis. Familiarity with computer applications. Risk Management. Resource and budget management. Information management. Communication and Relationship Management. Proficiency in the uses and computer applications. Certified in accounting and investment majors.
