Job Purpose:
To improve the decision-making process, by coordinating the efforts of the Sales Excellence team in the distribution to provide information, smart analysis and prompt reaction to issues in the field.
Main activities:
Ensure all functions defined to the local (DDP) Sales Excellence are being fulfilled
Roll-out of regional reports and support the areas on how to interpret the information provided
Concentrate demands of the distribution (like new information and analysis)
Maintain the integrity and quality of the data collected and provided
Coach and support the development of the local Sales Excellence team (Sales Excellence Analyst, Pricing Assistant and Data Entry Assistants)
Assist the management to prepare the check of results reports (OTC, L5, L4, etc.)
Be the gatekeeper of the Distribution action plan

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, to maintain effective communication with the management of the Distribution. Additionally, a candidate that has solid analytical skills will be preferred, in order to effectively read the market and help to provide smart solutions.
Required Education and Experience:
- University degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG
- Experience as a team leader
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
