The person in this position will work side-by-side with our operation team and will be required to have excellent internal and external communication skills. The Logistic/Operation Specialist will be in charge of all purchasing, procurement, shipping and receiving communications externally with our supplier and/or internally with the warehouse and on-site employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of creating and updating project BOQ/BOM and/or FFE, Material listings to facilitate the purchasing process.
- In charge of procurement communications and data upkeep and storage.
- In charge of all logistic communications until the product is received at the warehouse.
- In charge of the operational system’s data entry to facilitate accurate receiving.
Skills & Languages:
- Well versed with all Microsoft Office software especially Excel.
- Fluent in English (required)
- Speak Arabic (optional)
Education Experience:
- Diploma of some sort.
- Past experience in any of the Logistical companies such as Fedex, DHL, TNT etc…
Competencies:
- Detail-oriented.
- Organized.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at once.
