Business Development Manager - Logistics (Multinational 3PL)

A Top 10 global multinational logistics business, who have a strong foothold and presence in Saudi Arabia are currently expanding their operations due to the success of the strategic road map over the last 2 years.
This well-known 3PL are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manger in Jeddah and another Business Development Manager in Riyadh, to support with the growth of the Sea & Air Freight business.
We are looking for BDM’s that are ready to take the next step into a Sales Manager position (Managing a team of BDM’s) in the next 12 months, which is what the carved-out succession plan will be.
This multinational offers higher than market rate salaries and commission/bonus scheme, as well as a long term global/regional development path.

المهارات
As the title suggests you will be responsible for creating and developing opportunities through relationship management with new target clients, across a number of industry sectors.
You must have strong sales experience and thorough understanding of Sea or Air Freight. A deep understanding of the sector and an ability to engage and influence at Director level is paramount.
