Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for growth Maintain budgets and minimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees Direct the employee assessment process monthly Prepare regular reports for upper management Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit increase, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors, work on pipeline products) You have to be powerful in the personality of leadership to manage 200 head counts, 5 senior level heads and 3 business units with all subordinates. المهارات Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role Experience in planning and budgeting Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Has a good knowledge of senior-level and big organization hierarchy and how to work with superior and reports.
