الوصف الوظيفي
-Manage the typing of all labor contracts
-Process and issue visas from immigration
-Coordinate with the employee for medical
-maintain and manage passports, labor cards, and visas
-Undertake HR data analysis and produce reports
-Ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to and followed as per the process
-Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
-Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
-Comply with all processes and procedures (HR, HSEQ, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law
المهارات
-Strong customer service focus
-Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support. Able to implement administrative process and pro-actively resolve problems
-Excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines
-Experienced use of software packages including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office
-Knowledge and understanding of Facilities Management services is an advantage.
-Fluent in both English and Arabic
