1) Maximize the service level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the division and providing timely service.
2) Working towards making a talent pool based on the business unit inputs.
3) Screening CVs as per job descriptions and shortlist them by telephonic or face-to-face interviews.
4) Coordinate with local & overseas recruitment agencies and other preferred recruitment channels.
5) Conduct initial interview and Compile CVs for review & interview by department managers/functional heads in each Business Unit & collect feedback.
6) Assist in releasing recruitment advertisement
7) Coordinate and schedule Interviews
8) Interface with candidates for documents and other joining process
9) Maintain & Track the progress of the process from the date of recruitment to the date of joining
10) Type Employment Contracts & obtain candidate confirmation
11) Co-ordinate with selected candidate’s still placements viz. passport, ID card, Medical / Finger print reports for processing VISA / registration with labour department.
12) Directs and monitors the processing and entry of employee source data and documentation into the human resources information system and the manual personnel files;
13) Oversees and coordinates all human resources administrative procedures and documentation processes.
14) Builds/establishes open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs.
15) Working towards making a talent pool based on the business unit inputs, thereby ensuring a diverse group of quality applicants to meet the Recruiter and business unit needs.
16) Performs initial screening of résumés after comparing it with brief shared and recommends viable candidates to the Hiring Managers.
17) Perform search for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria.
18) Assures timely coordination of interviews with hiring managers and any other managers involved in the interview.
19) One-point contact between Hiring Managers and Recruitment Dept.
20) Maintenance of staff records. Timeliness and efficiency in personnel records management.
21) Updating the recruitment status by interacting with the internal and external consultants to ensure timely information.
22) Regular follow ups with offered candidate till on boarding.
