Warehouse Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities :
· Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
· Oversee warehousing, receiving, distribution and Stock maintenance operations.
· Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
· Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedure.
· Adhere to all warehousing handling, safety, and shipping legislation requirements
· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
· Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, orient, coach and appraise overall results and results of subordinates.

المهارات
Requirements :
· Proven work experience of 5 – 7 years preferably in steel industry manufacturing environment as a Supervisor.
· Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
· Proven ability to implement process & improvement initiatives with an ingrained attitude of Can Do attitude for positive results.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse KPI’s.
· Hands-on experience with WMS & ERP like SAP.
· Strong decision making, problem-solving & teamwork
·Fluent in English
