Technical Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1. To design mechanical & electrical systems including HVAC, Fire Alar, Fire Fighting, Plumbing Electrical etc.. for all type of facilities, e.g. commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential etc. for design & build projects.
2. Ensure the quality of the work produced and maintain high standards.
3. Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects.
4. Managing technical processes and engineering to ensure project success, focused on providing technical services delivery that meets client requirements in a profitable and timely manner.
5. Review the Design drawings and documents, Equipment specifications / data sheets and materials submittals prior to submit for consultant approval.
6. Supervise and prepare shop drawings and meet the schedule deadlines and ensure that all electrical work complies with the applicable codes and standards.
7. Prepare the concept design drawings for some projects and customers prior to signing relevant contracts, in addition to the shop drawings for contracted projects.
8. Prepare bill of quantities as per the approved shop drawings and providing the Operations, Cost Control & Procurement Divisions with them.
9. Make sure that all systems are well coordinated on the design drawings, signed by each trade designer and coordinator before being submitted to the consultant for approval. Following up the consultant’s approval and finally delivering it to Operations Division.
10. Generally supervise the design division’s activities, monitor technically the performance and productivity of its members, and their regulatory in reporting to work.
11. Prepare approvals requests of the projects’ systems, equipment and materials and getting swiftly their approvals from the consultant or owner.
12. Coordinate with the projects managers in preparing the variation order.
13. Realize site inspection and project specifications & drawings analysis.
14. Review construction documents to the site including BOQ of equipment, Construction drawings, Technical specifications, & Equipment documentation.
15. Fluent in English Language (writing, reading, conversation). Arabic language is an added value.
المهارات
1. Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 15 years of relevant experience in engineering sector.
3. Manage, supervise & coordinate the design development, review activities and progress of MEP services,
4. Precision of design, value engineering & preparation of shop drawings.
5. Ability to work in a team as leadership, to take decision and evaluate priority, respect engagement, be devote to his job and defend the interest of the company.
