1. Responsible for the over-all management of the FM Department with the clear objectives of steering it all in accordance with the target goals. (Business plan will be set up with Group FM Div. Manager)
2. Strategically manage the delivery of Facility Management services, taking responsibility for performance, human resource management, quality and profitability.
3. Monitor performance and provide formal monthly & weekly reports for Division Manager confirming compliance with the requirements of the SLA`S and KPI`S, identifying issues for discussion, future workload, risks and opportunities.
4. Manage costs (in conjunction with the Finance Team) to ensure that commercial objectives are achieved.
5. Lead the FM Services (Hard & Soft) delivery team
6. Work closely with FM engineers, senior supervisors and Technicians to ensure that the work of the FM services is integrated and establish consistent processes and procedures across the region.
7. Responsible for pricing/estimating the tenders and preparing the offers (Technical & Commercial) and submittals. Reviewing with Group FM Div. Manager.
8. Client management and completion of tenders, proposal, and commercially excellent.
9. Review of professional bodies and statutory legal requirements in conjunction with current working processes and methods.
10. Manage and develop staff ensuring a positive employment culture, effective training strategies and high retention levels.
11. Practice effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health and safety systems, etc. which ensure that services are compliant with legislation and that contingency plans are in place. Enforcing, educating and coaching teammates to follow company safety standards.
المهارات
1. Bachelor or equivalent degree
2. 10-15 years of Experience in the same field.
2. Transferable Iqama are preferred.
4. Belief in the need for continual improvement.
5. Commercial awareness in regards to contractual arrangements and the interpretation of contract documents.
6. Ability to work to project targets and deadlines.
7. Experience of developing and standardizing existing systems and procedures.
8. Good experience in any of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) or CAFM.
9. Demonstrable experience of team leadership or management experience.
