Finance Director

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Apply the local and internationally financial reporting standards in each aspect of the business.
2.  Establish and implement reliable accounting and financial ERP systems.
3.  Provide insightful business analysis and process leadership to support operations and enhance productivity and broad of directors business goals.
4.  Ensure strict compliance to the established Company’s financial policies and procedures.
5.  Assist in analyzing and understanding of opportunities and risks related the Companies plans and projects including the production of supporting financials.
6.  Providing tools for measuring financial targets’ achievement.
7.  Provide financial analysis on Annual Plans, Quarterly Review, Period Forecast, and actual results for review by CEO, AC and BOD.
8.  With coordination with the Department Heads prepare the Annual Capital and Expense Budgets.
9.  Monitor expenditure and ensure adherence to the approved allocations.
10.  Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow to support the business operations.
11.  Participate in bids review and approval process.
12.  Monitor subordinates performance and evaluate their Annual Performance.
13.  Establish and implement training and development plans to enhance the skills and productivity of subordinates.
14.  Perform other relate tasks as assigned by the CEO.
المهارات
- Full knowledge of the accounting systems, computer literacy, good command of the English language, familiar with the nature of the Company’s business and key performance indicators.
- Certified public accounting (CPA) certificate or Certified Management accountant ( CMA ).
