الوصف الوظيفي Monitor and analyse the sales data of the store and undertake appropriate action to optimise sales. Manage effectively customer queries and complaints as per the company guidelines; Identify and engage with high profile and regular customers to extend better services. Visit high profile and regular customers as a part of marketing plan to drive sales and increase the footfall. Ensure adequate level of staffing in the store as per Showroom manpower matrix and take appropriate actions accordingly; ensure that duties, responsibilities and targets are cascaded appropriately and effectively monitored. Ensure adherence of the staff to the Code of Conduct viz. Rules & Regulation, Morning Meeting, Confidentiality, Attendance, Leave, Dress Code, Uniform, Accommodation, Mess, etc. Ensure implementation of CSR Activities Housing as per the policy maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers and key personalities in the area through interaction and PR activities. Establish reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction & corrective action, as appropriate. Develop relationship, network with counterparts and other organizations in similar industry to leverage leading practices & learning to improve departmental processes. Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department. Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members. Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities. Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall engagement and motivation.
More than 6 years’ experience in the retail industry, preferably from Jewellery. Candidate must be a Saudi National. Aged above 32 Years. المهارات |
