The Technical Training Manager provides training programs aimed to enhance the repair and maintenance skills amongst technicians within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads, designs and delivers technical training programs.
Provide coaching and training for the Trainers.
Determines training objectives by conducting analysis of overall needs and specific skill or knowledge gaps.
Manages the development of training programs and materials including outlines, text, handouts, hands on exercises and training evaluations.
Establishes processes to monitor results of training participants and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Assesses and manages any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training.
Optimizes the training processes for efficiency.
Selects and manages resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
Manages the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in Repair & Maintenance function in the automotive and/or transportation sector.
Technical Automotive experience in Repair and Maintenance across body & paint, air conditioning and electrical, as well as general mechanics.
