الوصف الوظيفي Role Purpose To ensure that the pricing practices by both the Corporate and Retail pricing teams are adequate and compliant with the internal and external policies and procedures, identifying gaps or needed improvements with underwriting standards and processes and effectively meet quality goals and work in the best interest of Bupa Arabia. # Key Accountabilities Key Activities / Decision Areas 1 Policy and Procedures · Own the creation and amendments of the policy and procedures for the reinsurance and underwriting practices related to corporate and SME. · Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced. · Ensure that those procedures are monitored through periodic reviews and all underwriting practices are up-to-date and compliant with the latest updates by the regulators. · Communicate to pricing team the latest updates by the regulators. 2 Audit Trials · Ensure effective embedded controls to detect inappropriate underwriting practices. · Manage all internal audit discussions, observations and management responses for the commercial finance observations. · Team up with the compliance and risk departments in order to ensure the pricing functionality is compliant with the regulators (SAMA/CCHI). 3 Pricing Intelligence · Lead the development of live dashboards and analytical reports in CRM and COGNOS for the Commercial Finance team and CET team. 4 Department Reports · Publish periodic & ad-hoc reports internally and externally such as but not limited to: - Sales report, - Lives report, - Risk Register, - RBS. 5 Documentation · Ensure proper documentation and record keeping across the Pricing department. 6 Automation & Digitization · Increase the team’s productivity by automating and digitizing pricing and reporting activities. · Leverage technology solutions to further strengthen the pricing control environment. المهارات Accounting, Finance, and exposure to Underwriting and/or Insurance Industry. تفاصيل الوظيفة |
