الوصف الوظيفي Role Purpose The purpose of this job is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the finance department. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the daily administrative activities of the department, performing financial administration duties, coordinating meetings, answering phones, organizing and maintaining filing system, generating reports, typing, performing data entry tasks, and perform other duties as assigned. Key Activities Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotels reservations. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
