Facilities Manager - Saudi National

Our client, a leading transportation company, is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team in Jeddah, KSA.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety / security for all facilities kingdom wide; looking after Safety standards and practices, Security staff, Security standards and practices, gate passes, etc.)

Responsible for general maintenance for company facilities and locations (Air Conditioning, light work on site - civil, electrical, cleaning, etc.

Responsible for fulfilling government requirements concerning permits related to facilities and locations (Municipality permit, civil defense permit, etc.)

Responsible for staff accommodations (allocation of rooms, maintenance of rooms, preparation, etc.) for both owned and rented.

Point of contact for any new projects (new locations, upgrading current locations, etc.) with Group Engineering Department (GED) and collection of requirements from all relevant departments.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

5 years of experience in similar position

Relevant certifications are a major plus (CFM, HSE, PMP, etc.)

Resident of Makkah or Jeddah
