Payroll Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
-Perform payroll operations, transactions, reconciliation, and processing in order to meet the payroll plan.
-Manage payroll-related workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
-Provide and validate reports of payroll and benefits transactions including ad hoc, financial and operational reporting as required.
-Reconcile payroll prior to transmission; process manual check and relocation metrics to ensure accurate processing and recording of companys payroll.
-Understand the company compensation and benefits policies to be able to properly assess, perform and correct transactions.
-Provide assistance and advice in regard to payroll; respond to management and employees queries.
-Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
-capable to handle payroll more than 1000 employees.
-Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
-Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with labor law.
-Working in MENA TECH system.
المهارات
-Bachelors degree in HR / Finance / Accounting or related field.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-5 to10 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or Accountant within a company of size or larger.
-Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications, and familiarity with the internet and email communications. ERP knowledge is a plus
-Previous experience in Saudi Arabia
-English language fluency required – Arabic language proficiency required
-Have experiance in MENA TECH system.
