Job Description and Requirements + Help set the vision and the strategic direction for Makkah City and the Holy Sites + Administer the strategic planning process and manage the related stakeholders in Makkah City and the Holy Sites + Provide top-down budget targets and develop the overall budget of the city plan in Collaboration with key stakeholders: + Develop socio-economic plans of Makkah City the Holy Sites by sector + Monitor strategic KPIs, projects progress, and spending throughout the year and manage performance + Develop the urban planning standards and policies and develop Makkah City and the Holy Sites master plan + Set the mobility and infrastructure strategy and plan for Makkah City and the Holy Sites + Develop the city resilience and sustainability policies and plans + Prepare and develop policies, standards, and technical specifications for city infrastructure. + Develop the use of technology across the area including the architecture for processing and storing large sets of data. + Develop the innovation strategy and deploy of innovation tools within RCMC. + Realize the conceptual solutions into proof of concepts and prototypes, internally or through partners. **Responsibilities:** City Planning: + Set the vision and the strategic direction for Makkah City and the Holy Sites + Administer the strategic planning process and manage the related stakeholders of Makkah City and the Holy Sites |
