الوصف الوظيفي
• Responsible for the complete operational and functional leadership of multiple warehouses in Saudi Arabia.
• Complete operational leadership responsibly for the entire business’s distribution operations in order to meet/exceed the business’s demanding costumer fulfillment requirements and cost objectives.
• Responsible for consistently meeting daily customer fulfillment objectives in a high mix/high volume setting.
• Responsible for building a top performing operational team and instilling a culture of accountability, results and flexibility in order to meet/exceed customer fulfillment expectations.
• Responsible for the introduction of advance supply chain methods, continuous improvement in distribution / logistics tools/methodologies/systems in order to help the business deliver results in customer fulfillment, quality, cost, inventory management and safety.
• Responsible for the preparation of annual distribution budgets, distribution business plans, and operating goals /objectives for the distribution sites and distribution logistics operation’s annual strategic plans.
• Responsible for the submission of management information to senior leadership and maintaining a “no surprises” environment within the organizations distribution network.
• Responsible for the management of people resources through good practices, employee appraisal systems, implementation of compensation and benefit programs, communication systems, and performance management techniques.
• Responsible to effectively plan and execute warehouse operations covering countrywide storage area of 100,000 square meters including receiving, shipping, picking orders, storage, and break bulk functions.
• Ensure that the stock is reconciled, internal control systems are well in place and followed, accurate accounting and adherence to corporate policies and procedures is done. Establish effective interface between the various departments internally and externally for smooth business operation.

• MBA
Minimum Experience:
• Over 10 years of overall Logistics & Supply Chain experience with 4-5 years in managerial position.
