Job Summary
As the Business Development Manager for KSA Market, you will focus on driving forward and maximizing account revenue for Procurement based solutions and services, developing lasting and valued relationships with clients, ensuring the company is a trusted advisor. Focusing on the sale of end-to-end Procurement Technology & Services Sales, you will identify and qualify opportunities to maximize your sales funnel to meet growth and revenue commitments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify and engage with target prospects within KSA.
• Identify and engage C-level decision makers within accounts to create new opportunities.
• Develop a country plan to exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Provide design, technical scope, project plans, activation plans, SOW, costing for both steady state and activation.
• Doing detailed Live Demos of procurement tools.
• Negotiation and closure of sales, understand current pinpoints, discuss appropriate solutions and value add with the customers
• Maintain accurate, timely and documented forecasting procedures, provide the required updates to executive management.
• Proactively creating new leads and nurturing and winning new prospects in the territory; seek out new projects; cross sell and upsell opportunities for procurement software solutions/products and services.
• Curate relationships with regional re-sellers/partners and support them when necessary to help grow and develop future sales.
• Work together with internal teams across the company in a professional manner.
• Identify and support marketing events, partner events and community activities for the defined territory.
• Market, competition & Industry analysis: Do a periodic study of the markets, industry & identify the areas that have good profitable avenues.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
MBA/PGDM/Engineering Degree
Work Experience
Minimum 7 Years of IT Sales (ERP/ Procurement Technology/ Software/ Other Technology, etc.) experience
Required Skills
• Prior experience of IT/ ERP/ Procurement Technology & Services Sales
• Established client relationships (both private and government sector) in focus economies especially KSA and desirably other GCC locations
• Proven experience establishing relationships and closing deals with C-Level Executives, Directors, Managers and other key decision makers.
• Fluent bilingual (Arabic and English) capabilities – both oral and written
• Excellent Leadership qualities including: Critical/Strategic thinking, Accountability, Ownership of the account and conflict/issue resolution
• Proven experience planning and coordinating account specific business development/account penetration efforts and ‘Go-To-Market’ strategies to win more business
• Must be able to effectively manage existing client relationships and help drive more business from existing accounts.
• Ability to create and apply costing and pricing concepts.
• Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have Excellent client presentation skills
• Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Passion for client servicing
• Open to travel globally
