Logistics Manager (In-Out bound)

• Plan, direct, or coordinate purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, customer service, or planning services. Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations
• Review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and operations
• Supervise and manage logistics team & Train warehouse department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding logistics strategies.
• Negotiate transportation rates or services.
• Provide leadership to help team develop skills and meet goals
• Design, assess, and implement new strategies and initiatives
• Monitoring transport costs.
• Manage all companies warehouses inside kingdom
• Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation
• Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Develop and manage logistics KPIs
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
• Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carrier
• To guide software development related to logistic filed
• To operate a Just in Time (JIT) philosophy; to ensure on-time deliveries; to ensure delivery promises are kept.
• To maintain re-ordering level of main and supporting materials to avoid shortage of stock.
• To maintain proper documentation for goods received, goods returned and stock issuing
• Ensure that safety & security rules are respected.
• Ensure the actual inventory reliability & accuracy of the site and the respect of the FIFO rule.
• Manage the containers offloading process and to avoid Container detention charges
• Manage and monitor paper supply planning;
• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
• Direct outbound & inbound logistic to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
