Transport Service Delivery · Receive customer transport requests from logistics coordinators and scheduled them to meet the service standard by utilizing the internal resources supplemented by external resources when required. · Prepare required control sheets and management reports related to the transport function.  Supervising Internal Resources · Assuring adequate number of vehicles and drivers to meet the customer requirement taking into account the annual budget. · Assure optimal utilization of the vehicles and drivers to assure cost effectiveness. · Assure vehicles are properly maintained to provide uninterruptible service and to meet the company’s corporate image. · Select qualified maintenance organization that are cost effective and follow company procurement rules. · Assure the drivers are well trained and supervised to follow the companies standard operating procedure and the company’s corporate image.  Supervising External Suppliers · Select and negotiate with qualified, high quality and cost-effective suppliers to complement the internal resources in meeting the customer requirements. · Follow up with the supplier to assure timely return of transport documentation meeting quality standards. · Assure prompt and accurate invoicing of outsourced transport services.

Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent Language skills in English and Arabic
Excellent negotiation skills
· Ability to manage Local and expatriate drivers · Ability to prepare supervisor level reports · Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people. · Ability to supervisor transport and maintenance suppliers .  Ability to prepare and execute annual transport budgets
