JOB PURPOSE: Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Attract suitable tenants to match the mall positioning Recommend retail concepts and develop stacking plans for all shopping malls Responsible for all leases under negotiation including renewals, occupancy target; market rent reviews, and development feasibilities and is also involved in major lease negotiations for retail and Office Space Establish work parameters (plans, budgets, targets and resource allocations) for reporting teams by managing the skill set of these teams and to ensure that they can achieve set objectives. Ensure all policies, procedures and methodologies are adhered to. Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category so as to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up. Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading. Prepare occupancy report leasing income report. Responsible for tenant mix layout Generate quarterly reports to update the management on progress (Actual vs. Budget)
المهارات
- Experience in Commercial Real estate.

- Autocad

- 3-5 Years Experience in same role.

- Excellent verbal & written English and Arabic.

- Excellent computer skills
