Site Architect. · Holding a B.Sc. degree or equivalent from an architecture university · Having at least 10 years’ experience. · Having participated at high end projects such as hotels, restaurants, banks etc., including large fit out experience. · Mastering AutoCAD and have an excellent experience in shop drawings and suggest/understand finishing details. · Fluent English is required. · High communication skills. AutoCAD Operator: Architecture, fit out. · Having at least ten years’ experience in similar field. · Age not exceeding 40 years. · Fully aware about finishing, details. · Fully aware about fit out details for hotels, restaurants, etc… · Holding a degree from a reputed institution for AutoCAD drafting or for assistant architect. · Fluent in English reading and speaking. · Knowledge in wooden works is preferable.  Site supervisors · Having ten years’ experience in supervising finishing works · Leader ship personality capable of managing complete team · Fluent in English & Arabic · Capable of reading drawings. · Capable of preparing material take off and daily reports.
