Job Role : Support Trade Marketing team by leverage data to drive in-market implementation, seek, create and develop new business opportunities and build brand consumption.
Manage to develop the Weekly Leaflet/Flyers, implementing the plans with the key accounts managers and the marketing agency.
Weekly auditing of the implementation of the Leaflets/Flyers.
Manage the TM financial process, creating PRs, POs and book invoices.
Ensure all work with suppliers adheres to the procurement process – providing all relevant and required paperwork to achieve timely process time from ordering to payment.
Ensure all invoices, SOA, paperwork and supporting documents are organized and filed in a systematic and timely fashion.
Support the TM team on Briefing to procurement on requirements and/or conducting negotiations to reach optimal cost levels
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business
administration
Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
Writing Skills (Marketing Agency Briefing)
Familiar with SAP System
Communication Skills
Pay attention to detail.
