IT Support Supervisor

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the operations of the infrastructure underlying applications, solutions and networks at Shahini and ensuring their stability and continuity.
المهارات
Manage Shahini’s data center, hosted production environments and network infrastructure by monitoring tools, which will ensure the health and stability of IT infrastructure / Network.
Plan and schedule operations and maintenance of Shahini’s data center as per needs, which will make sure the IT environment is maintained.
Ensure the management, administration and maintenance of the applications, solutions, information systems, data repositories and networks supporting Shahini’s IT environment.
Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of Shahin’s network infrastructure facilities, including determining the optimal allocation of available resources by monitoring the process flow and how it affects the environment, which will make sure the IT resources allocated correctly.
Monitor and manage the capacity requirements of the infrastructure components by analysis the requirements, which will ensure the infrastructure is fit for requirements.
Monitor and report the performance of IT infrastructure and applications by monitoring tools and users’ feedback, which will ensure that we have up to date data about our infrastructure.
Coordinate with suppliers in designing, planning, installing, reconfiguring and upgrading Shahini network infrastructure equipment and facilities by emails to ensure that we have the best services with a good price.
Manage the help desk support services by monitoring the ticketing system and helpdesk emails, which will ensure the end-user support is adequately provided.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
