Maersk is seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within global supply chain solutions with extensive focus towards warehousing and cold chain as well as driving investment agenda.
- Create a foot print in the warehousing and cold chain area
- New business generation, ability to see potential product package offerings
- Accountable for the upselling process and drive sales leads with non-controlled customers across the area
- Supporting sales with developed solutions basis customers’ requirements
- Analyse sales pipeline and assist sales with cost analysis and option comparisons
- Keeping data base of potential suppliers and vendors
- Creating customer profiles
- Market & competition analysis
- Prepare possible tie-up, collaboration & investment opportunities
المهارات
- Ability to articulate and design developments plans.
- 3-4 years of experience in warehousing, distributions, CFS, cold chain and other local offering.
- Strong Supply chain and logistics back ground.
- Merger and acquisition background.
- Experience in costing and pricing.
- Solution design.
- Open mind.
- Commercial acumen.
- Excellent team player.
- Strategic and structure approach, follow up on actions to completion.
