الوصف الوظيفي
1. Reporting to Regional Director with all operational activities and coordinating with him to ensure his support as and whenever needed.
2. Management of Entire team, their work efficiency & work quality.
3. Overseeing financial offers, purchase orders, invoicing, collections, supplier payments & account reconciliations.
4. Overseeing the satisfaction of the growing roster of retained clients.
5. Ensuring error free delivery of all design and production work.
6. Regular check in and meeting with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
7. Coordinating with the regional director for creative requirements for pitches and major campaigns.
8. Developing strategies, social media line ups and directions in support of the client servicing team.
9. Overseeing the addition of new suppliers to the existing roster and ensuring that the company is receiving the best possible price and quality from all third parties.
10. Promoting the company’s achievements in local media and developing the brand’s reputation across the KSA market.
11. Generating new business, in order to achieve the set target, the country manager (supported by the regional director) will be responsible for generating new business.
المهارات
1. 8 – 10 years Advertising agency experience.
2. Exceptional presentation skills.
3. Exceptional communication skills.
4. Outgoing personality / confident.
5. Solid understanding of digital and social.
6. Track record of campaign success .
7. Ability to set accurate budgets, set pricing strategies.
