Coordinate and implement Human Resources activities which include talent acquisition, personnel management, and employee relations and ensure the proper communication and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures. I. Talent Acquisition · Periodically maintain of job descriptions by coordinating with commercial / HR Manager to keep abreast any changes in the duties and responsibilities of existing positions, and develop job descriptions for newly established positions. · Create and manage job postings on different recruitment sources such as online job sites (Bayt, Linkedin, etc), universities, offline job postings, internal job postings and recommend most efficient source for different vacancies. · Participate in job fairs at various universities/colleges as well as any recruitment event that leads to better employer branding and development of an extensive CV database (TAQAT). · Screen, shortlist and carry out preliminary interviews for candidates. Coordinate with commercial managers and HR Manager for second interviews and prepare interview assessment forms for hiring decision within set timelines. · Administer the application of recruitment testing and selection policies and programs and ensuring the application of equal opportunity principle. · Prepare and extend job offers and contracts for new hires as per agreed upon salary packages. · Update manpower plan and organizational chart on a periodic basis by capturing all changes in new hires, leavers, promotions, and transfers on HR system. · Prepare statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, promotions, transfers, terminations and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed. · Carry all on boarding plans across all departments guaranteeing a well-rounded induction for new hires II. Personnel Management · Update and monitor all changes in employee and dependants’ personal information on HR system. · Maintain all employee records (online/offline) and ensure all legal documents are available and valid. · Keep record of all leaves (annual, sick, maternity, paternity, compassionate) and ensure leave policy and procedure are properly implemented. · Manage ticketing issuance and procedure for all employees in a timely and efficient manner. · Keep abreast and inform HR Manager for any law changes in HR and administration policies andprocedures · Provide periodic reporting to internal stakeholders. · Coordinate with training centres and universities regarding training courses and programs. · Maintain training records of all employees. · Maintain and assist in the TAWWER’s different cycles and ensure proper documentation of forms. · Capture and coordinate all new additions, changes, or deletions from company’s medical insurance policy. · Coordinate with insurance provider on obtaining clearance invoices. III. Employee Relations · Carry employee relations duties by listening, investigating and reporting grievances or negative behaviours. · Understand and receive employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns. · Report feedback received from employee relations sessions to HR Manager to influence the continuous improvement of company policies and procedures. · Act as a liaison with the different HR functions to ensure all employee request are communicated and attended to.
المهارات
Higher education in Business Administration and/or HR Management
2 – 5 years of experience in HR role(s) in comparable business organisations
Written and verbal fluency in English
Computer literacy (Windows Office package/ HR Systems)
Extensive knowledge of Saudi Labour law
Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
