Job Summary: Our growing school is currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the dual position of Maintenance and Facilities Manager/Inventory Officer. The Maintenance and Facilities Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure the smooth operation of the school. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, transportation systems, catering program, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local regulations. The principal duty of the Inventory officer is to organize and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness and ensure that school programs and operations continue to run smoothly and remain uninterrupted. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the security service and staff
Develop and oversee the catering services and staff
Develop and oversee the school transportation services and staff
Develop and oversee the maintenance services and staff
Develop and oversee the landscaping services and staff
Coordinate with the Academy Director on the implementation of new building projects
Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Execute equipment audits and develop record-taking policies
Prepare and maintain inventory records throughout the year
Responsible for storage, distribution and inventory control.
Responsible for continuous updating of the inventory record, as changes occur (e.g., new inventory is purchased, inventory is distributed to staff, inventory is loaned to an individual or department, inventory is disposed of, etc.).
المهارات
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Similar Field
• Very Good Command of English
• Experience with contract negotiation and organizational planning
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
