In our Company, we place great emphasis on providing excellent dining experience & customer service to our guests. Our Mystery Shopping program allows us to continuously measure our standards, helping us not only to identify our strengths but, more importantly, helping us to identify areas where we can improve - as seen from the customer’s perspective. We are looking for people to be part of our mystery shopper team, people who can tell us what we are getting right (and wrong) by visiting our restaurants & Cafe and recording their experience. Becoming a mystery shopper can provide you with unique and dynamic perspective on the food & beverage industry.  Everyone is welcome to apply for this opportunity. So whether you are a university student, a young graduate or just looking for a new experience, we are always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
To visit the restaurants and cafes that will be assigned to you by the team leader in the required dates & time
Upon your arrival, you should send your current location to the team leader through WhatsApp or other application
To order the food items that has been agreed on it with the team leader to assess the food taste and quality.
To take photos for each dish you will order
To retain receipts as proof of purchase for later reimbursement.
To complete and submit a written report detailing the dining experience after each restaurant visit within 2 days upon the visit end
To give full attention to all details in the restaurant
To make sure that you had all requested information before you end your visit
المهارات
Must be at least 18 years’ old
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attentive to detail.
Outstanding memorization abilities.
Excellent observer
Bilingual applicants are preferred
Past experience is preferred
Able to prepare an accurate and a descriptive report
