الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a full-time Call Center Agent to work from home
As a Call Center Agent, you will conduct inbound and outbound activities within the CRM in accordance with agreed instructions and procedures.
You will answer and handle the feedback received from different channels. You will have other tasks in addition to the inbound and outbound calls. You will also have some additional tasks as an operation.
المهارات
Minimum of 2 years work experience in call center.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
A diploma or higher level of education.
Excellent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
Excellent listening and time management skills.
The ability to handle the pressure of working.
Service minded with a problem-solving attitude.
Manages time effectively with flexible working hours if required.
Willing to learn and take up new tasks, jobs as and when designated.
